The HLMN Hot 100 Finalists Are Announced

Following a brief hiatus, The HLMN is back for the Fall. And we're well on our way of finding the best blogs from around the web (better late than never, right?). But we've hit a roadblock.

In the first round of voting we encountered some voting irregularities (a few hanging chads and such). And the results were so close we just didn't feel right choosing by ourselves. A very close vote resulted in several ties for top slots (we're talking 8 or more blogs tied at the same spot), so we're switching it up a bit.

The finalists were chosen by the web's best bloggers, but the winners will be decided by popular vote. Yes, we're changing the rules in the middle of the game, but it will be worth it. We promise.
